Arbitrage alert services
Ever since sports arbitrage became relatively widespread, there have been services set up that will alert their members to arbitrage opportunities that they find. These are sometime called "arb alert" services or "arbitrage advisory" services.
Each service is different: some find their arbs via specialised software, others find them manually; some will send an email and SMS alert to your mobile phone; others simply send emails; some find thousands of surebets (arbs) each month; some find fewer; some charge upwards of £100 per month; some charge as little as £7 per month.
Below are some of the more widely-known arb alert services in alphabetical order, as I have no preference or recommendation:

Update 23rd July 2007
I've removed a number of arbitrage providers whose websites are no longer in operation (Arb Winner and No Risk Betting) and also Sports-Arbitrage.com because they are no longer accepting subscriptions. You'll see that prices and numbers of arbs vary wildly. There are a couple of important points to note:
- Some arbitrage services use bookmakers that others will not (i.e. their financial stability or speed of payout may be questionable) and therefore they are able to find a larger number of arbs. However experienced arb traders may decide not to take advantage of a significant number of these arbs because they would not trust the bookmaker(s) involved.
Conclusion: Not all the arbs are worth using because some bookmakers are not trustworthy. - Some software-based services will find many arbs on the same event where one bookmaker's odds on one selection are out of line with the market but a large number of other bookmakers have the same price on the other selection(s). As you can only really bet once on the selection out of line with the market, this is effectively only one arb but the software will count it as many.
Conclusion: Not all arbs should be counted as individual opportunities because you may only be able to take advantage of them once.
I'm not a member of the above services so I can't comment on or rate them. The prices and statistics were all taken from information available on their websites as of 20th March 2005.
